These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of novamarketen.com and the advisory services offered by Novamarketen Pty Ltd (ABN 47 619 832 504, ACN 619 832 504), a company incorporated in 2026 in New South Wales, Australia. By using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Our services
Novamarketen provides general financial-literacy information and administrative assistance with applications for Australian government payments, grants, tax offsets and stimulus programs. We do not provide personal financial product advice within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) unless explicitly engaged to do so via a separate written agreement with an authorised representative.
2. Eligibility checks and accuracy of information
Eligibility reports are generated based on the information you supply. You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and currency of that information. Outcomes of any application made to the ATO, Services Australia, Centrelink or a state agency are determined solely by those bodies and are not guaranteed by Novamarketen.
3. Fees
The initial eligibility audit is free of charge. Where you instruct us to prepare or lodge a paid application, the applicable fee will be quoted in writing in advance and will only be charged after your express agreement.
4. Your obligations
You agree to (a) provide truthful information, (b) not impersonate any person, (c) not use the website to transmit unlawful, harmful or misleading material, and (d) comply with all applicable Australian laws when using our services.
5. Intellectual property
All text, graphics, logos, images and software on novamarketen.com are owned by or licensed to Novamarketen Pty Ltd and are protected under Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute any part of the site without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novamarketen excludes all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of your use of the website or our services. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
7. Cooling-off and cancellation
For any paid engagement, you may cancel within 14 days of signing the service agreement at no cost, provided no application has yet been lodged on your behalf.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State and the Commonwealth courts of Australia sitting in New South Wales.
9. Updates to these terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version in force is always published on this page with the current "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
